Shared renewable energy arrangements allow several energy customers to share the benefits of one local renewable energy power plant. When the power is supplied strictly by solar energy, it is sometimes called “community solar.”

Derex Solar has been contracted by RIDS - Swiss to undertake the execution of a 2.2MW Solar PV Plant project in the Bümpliz-Oberbottigen, a district of the city of Bern, Switzerland. This project is to be designed and constructed by the second half of 2024, and it estimated to provide energy to over 1400 homes and lead to great employment opportunities for the local community.
